The Florida water problem

Standing water is quietly destroying your home.

Florida has a high water table (often only 2–6 feet below the surface), flat terrain, intense rainfall (2+ inches per hour), and sandy soils. Heavy storms push groundwater against foundations, drown lawns, and invade crawlspaces. A properly installed French drain + sump pump system actively lowers the water table and removes water before it can damage your home.

  • Chronic standing water & flooded patios
  • Damp crawlspaces and foundation moisture
  • Soil erosion and dying landscaping

How our system works

French drain → sump pump → safe discharge.

A sump pump + French drain system actively lowers the water table. The French drain (perforated pipe in gravel with filter fabric) intercepts water. The sump pump pushes it far away. It protects against Florida's high water table, flat terrain and heavy rain.

01

Surface Water

Rain and runoff collect in problem areas around the home.

02

Gravel Trench

A trench with clean gravel and filter fabric intercepts water before it reaches the foundation.

03

Perforated Pipe

4" perforated pipe in the trench captures water and carries it by gravity to the sump pit.

04

Sump Basin

Waterproof basin at the lowest point collects water. Automatic pump activates via float switch.

05

Safe Discharge

Pump pushes water far from the foundation (10–20+ ft) to a swale, storm drain, or approved location.

From flooded to dry

Four steps to a permanently dry property.

01

Site Evaluation

We walk the property, map low spots, water tables and runoff paths, and pinpoint exactly where water enters and pools.

02

Custom System Design

No one-size-fits-all kits. We engineer trench layout, slopes, pipe routing, fabric and discharge for your specific yard.

03

Clean Installation

Our crew digs, lines, backfills and restores — leaving an invisible system beneath a lawn that looks untouched.

04

Maintenance & Monitoring

We test pumps, clear basins and keep the system storm-ready with optional monitoring and seasonal service plans.
